A 50% deposit is required to get started on your order.
All orders are processed in the order that they are received. An estimated shipping date will be given which will depend on our backlog at that times. We require your order to be paid in full before shipment. Please call for current pricing.
Shipping may be done either by us, a specialized blanket wrapped shipper or crated by us and shipped common carrier. Smaller pieces may be shipped UPS or FedEx. The method and cost depends on the destination. We will decide which way best suits your order and furnish you a quote at the time of your order.
In the unlikely event of defect of materials or workmanship, we will at our discretion repair or replace your order for the life of the original purchaser. Note- the joinery of solid wood furniture will expand and contract with the seasons and humidity changes. This movement is normal and only adds to the beauty of our handcrafted furniture.
Cancellation Policy
Your order may be canceled within ten days for a full refund of deposit.
